Turn Out The Stars - Storyville Records - The Best in Jazz since. True counterpoint. It really hit me while listening to his "Practice Tape 1," where, after working on his voice leading for a while, he slips into Bach's "Art of the Fugue" then switches back to his voicing work. What a great Bach interpreter he was!
